Paradiso Timur Raya Communocation (PTR-C)  is an Event Organizer which is organizing this international surfing competition, cooperation with the Goverment of Rote Ndao Regency and Indonesian Surfing Competition (ISC).

With profesional team work, PTR-C Timur Raya has been done some events and now with our strong background experiences, we are ready to make this event successful from starting untill finish.
