THE ITINERARY

Day 01 (14 Sept 09) : DENPASAR – KUPANG

10.30 : All participants are expected to be at Ngurah Rai Airport. The committee will help you    for checking in your surfing equipment and other belonging.

12.00 : Flight boarding.

13.00 : Depart Denpasar to Kupang

14.30 : Arrived at El Tari Airport in Kupang. Upon arrival, the local committee will welcoming you, meet and greeting then

           transfer to Kupang Beach Hotel and Maya Hotel for check in and relax.

17.00 : Registration all participant.

19.00 : Gala Dinner with entertainment.  You will be entertained by traditional Dancer from East Nusa Tenggara.

22.00 : Overnight.

Day 02 (15 Sept 09) : KUPANG – ROTE – BOA -NEMBERALA

07.00 : Breakfast

08.00 : Depart Hotel to Tenao Harbor to embark fast ferry to Rote Island.

09.30 : Depart Tenau Harbour.

11.30 : Arrival at Rote Harbour. Upon arrived in Rote Harbour, you will be welcomed by Local committee,

           meet and greeting, then all the participants will be dropped to the Official Residence of the Regent of Rote Ndao,

           you will be welcoming by traditional dance then a short speech from the Reagent of Rote Ndao

           as an appreciate of your participation in this event. Lunch is provided

14.00 : Depart to the old Palace of TI’I Kingdom then trip will continue to see Boa Beach

           where the competition will be held.

16.00 : Arrived at Boa beach

17.00 : Depart boa to Hotel.

17.00 : Arrived at Hotel, check in and free until Dinner time. (Participants can use this free time to prepare the equipment) 

19.00 : Dinner and overnight

Day 03 (16 Sept 09) : NEMBERALA - BOA - NEMBERALA

07.00 : Breakfast

09.00 : Depart Hotel to Boa Beach for the first day surfing competition.

           Free Shuttle is provided at Boa Beach for all participants from and to Hotel during the competition.

12.30 : Lunch, provided at Boa Beach.

17.00 : Finish today competition, all participants back to Hotel.

19.00 : Dinner at hotel and overnight.

Day 04 (17 Sept 09) : NEMBERALA - BOA - NEMBERALA

07.00 : Breakfast

09.00 : Depart Hotel to Boa Beach for the second day surfing competition.

           Free Shuttle is provided at Boa Beach for all participants from and to Hotel during the competition.

12.30 : Lunch, provided at Boa Beach.

17.00 : Finish today competition, all participants back to Hotel.

19.00 : Dinner at hotel and overnight.

Day 05 (18 Sept 09) : NEMBERALA - BOA - NEMBERALA

07.00 : Breakfast

09.00 : Depart Hotel to Boa Beach for the third day surfing competition.

           Free Shuttle is provided at Boa Beach for all participants from and to Hotel during the competition.

12.30 : Lunch, provided at Boa Beach.

17.00 : Finish today competition, all participants back to Hotel.

19.00 : Dinner at hotel and overnight.

Day 06 (19 Sept 09) : NEMBERALA - BOA - NEMBERALA

07.00 : Breakfast

09.00 : Depart Hotel to Boa Beach for the Final day surfing competition.

           Free Shuttle is provided at Boa Beach for all participants from and to Hotel during the competition.

12.30 : Lunch, provided at Boa Beach.

14.00 : Finish the final competition

16.00 : Closing Ceremony. Committee are preparing the stage for celebration and giving Prizes to the winners.

19.00 : After celebration, continue with gala dinner at Boa beach,

           you will be entertained by local dancer performs Rote traditional Dances.

22.00 : End of celebration, all participants back to Hotel for overnight.

Day 07 (20 Sept 09) : NEMBERALA – ROTE HARBOUR – KUPANG – HOTEL

07.00 : Breakfast

11.00 : Depart Hotel to Rote Harbour for ferry back to Kupang.

12.00 : Depart Rote to Kupang. Lunch boxes are provided on boat.

14.00 : Arrival Kupang harbour, direct transfer to Hotel for check in and overnight.

19.00 : Dinner at Hotel

Day 08 (21 Sept 09) : KUPANG – DENPASAR

07.00 : After breakfast, free program until check out time.

11.00 : Depart Hotel to El Tari Airport for flight back to Denpasar.

           The committee will help you for checking in all your baggage.

14.00 : Flight Boarding

15.15 : Depart El Tari Airport Kupang to Ngurah Rai Airport Denpasar

17.00 : Arrival Denpasar, Transfer to your hotel in Kuta Area.
